Are we Gluten Free?

Sconeridge Bakery will soon be introducing Gluten Free flavors. Because quality is our number one priority, gluten free flour that has the same taste and texture as our standard scones is a must. Previously, when we were baking in our bakery at Copper Lantern Cupcakes, we had a fantastic gluten free flour combination nailed down. Over the last few years, flour has continued to change and improve, so we are updating our formula.

At this time, we are still doing testing on several different flour equivalents and should have everything nailed down soon, so stay tuned! Gluten Free scones, cupcakes and cookies are on their way!
We will do our best to produce a completely gluten free product, but these are being baked in the same kitchen as traditional wheat flours. Anyone with severe wheat allergies should be aware that cross-contamination can sometimes occur.
